As dicas são sobre flexibilidade e alongamentos e foram retirados do The Stretching Institute. Segundo este instituto, os alongamentos devem começar a ser tratados com igual importância comparativamente à exercícios de força e de aeróbica.

· Stretch ONLY to the Point of Tension
· Breathe Slowly & Easily While Stretching
· Stretch Before AND After Exercise
· Warm Up prior to Stretching
· Stretch all major muscles
· Be aware of your Posture while stretching
· Don't Stretch an Injury
